Tonight and tomorrow, the Phoenix Zoo will open it’s gates to allow our employees to view the annual holiday ZooLights ahead of the general public. For more information about this event, Click here.
What is ZooLights? ZooLights is an electrifying walk through the Phoenix Zoo while most of the animals are sleeping. This annual holiday event features millions of twinkling lights, dazzling animal sculptures and Music-in-Motion Light Shows on the main lake.
When/where is the HonorHealth ZooLights celebration? From 6 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9 and Friday, Nov. 10 at the Phoenix Zoo, 455 N. Galvin Parkway. Entry is available at both the front and side gates. Team members may attend either Thursday or Friday evening, but not both nights.
Do I need to RSVP? No RSVP is necessary. During this event, the Phoenix Zoo is closed to the general public and is open exclusively for HonorHealth team members. Be sure to bring your HonorHealth ID badge, as this will serve as your admission into ZooLights.
Who may I bring? Each team member or volunteer may bring up to four guests for free. Additional guests may attend at a cost of $18 each, with tickets purchased at the Phoenix Zoo ticket booth during the event (cash or credit card only). Children two and under enter for free.
Will I receive tickets or passes? No tickets are required. Team members will need to show their HonorHealth ID badge at the main entrance for admittance to the event. Event passes are not available for purchase in advance.
Will food be served? The Phoenix Zoo’s snack bars will be open with food available for purchase. The exclusive Ambassador ZooLights Lounge will be open for Ambassador members only from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, with snacks, giveaways and a cash bar.
Do Phoenix Zoo members receive a discount? No, HonorHealth has negotiated special pricing for this event. Phoenix Zoo memberships or other discounted passes do not apply.
What if I’m unable to attend on these dates? If you are unable to attend on one of these two nights, the Phoenix Zoo has provided a discount code to purchase ZooLights admissions once the event is open to the general public (valid for walk-through admission only.) Beginning Saturday, Nov. 11, use code HONOR2023 to purchase tickets at the discounted rate of $18. You must purchase your tickets online using this link or QR code in the flyer above to receive the discount.
