Provider search

HonorHealth medical plan members generally pay lower costs when using HonorHealth providers and facilities. Depending on your plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona providers may also be available to you at a higher out-of-pocket cost.

Pediatricians
Employees enrolled in the Coordinated Care Plan may use any Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona pediatrician as their covered dependent child’s primary care physician for the same copay as an HonorHealth network pediatrician.
