If you do not make changes in Workday by November 15, your current benefit elections will carry over to 2026 (including voluntary benefits), EXCEPT for flexible spending account (FSA) elections. To continue contributing to an FSA in 2026, you must make new elections by November 15, 2025.
EDS Dental HMO Members: EDS is terminating their Dental HMO product. You must re-enroll in a Delta Dental plan or you will not have coverage in 2026.
All benefit election changes effective January 1–December 31, 2026. For benefit questions, or to meet with a benefit educator, please click here and select the educator's name for your campus to request an appointment.
All enrollees with out-of-state dependents must complete and submit the Out-of-State Dependent Form in order for their dependents to have coverage in 2026.
